A Shooter’s Swap

Caroline’s arranged an opportunity for members to do some rifle shooting, in exchange for us hosting some riflemen for a go at archery – nice stuff.
We’ll start by hosting the riflemen at the field on one of the dates noted above. We’ll shoot in the morning as per normal, then we’ll have a picnic with our guests before introducing them to archery when lunch is done. So, you’ll need a picnic!
We’ll have eight guests and in return they’ll host eight of us for some rifle shooting. There will be the opportunity for some to shoot small bore .22 rifles indoors (prone, so if you can’t get down on the floor this won’t be for you), plus some .22 and .177 air rifle shooting on their outdoor field target range.
Places will be on a first come first served basis so if you want to get your hands on a gun you’ll need to let Caroline know ASAP. We anticipate that if it’s a successful swap it may happen again so don’t despair if you don’t get on the list of eight first time round, there may be other opportunities.
