Congratulations Caroline!
I’m sorry this is slightly late news, that’s just me having to find some web time, but that doesn’t detract from the great news that Caroline has gained her Level One Archery Coaching qualification! Way to go!
On behalf of all members I pass on our hearty congratulations and best wishes for future coaching activities. Many of us have seen Caroline beavering away at session plans, man-handling monster manuals and being put through her paces at West Hill. After hours and hours of work and application Caroline sailed through the end of course assessment and now adds herself to the coaching talent available in the club.
If anyone else is considering the possibility of getting into coaching I’m sure Caroline will be happy to share her experiences and views on what’s invovled in taking that first step. And of course, if you need a tip or want to discuss an aspect of your archery, you know where to find her!
